Marcela Navarro is the founder and CEO of Business.Cubed; a visionary organisation based in the UK, dedicated to accelerating innovation, driving performance and helping multi-nationals around the world address imbalances in the value chain.
Marcela is a Senior International Business Banker, with over 20 years practitioner's experience in South America, the US and the UK and a career dedicated to purpose-led transformation and ‘banking with future’. Until July 2015, Marcela was Head of Customer Innovation at the Royal Bank of Scotland -RBS, where she worked across all levels of the bank and reported to the Deputy CEO.
In 2014, leveraging her global experience in 'all things banking' specifically value chain, risk and liquidity, where she successfully connected corporates and SMEs, Marcela designed, launched and led the RBS Innovation Gateway; an innovative and effective open innovation model to unlock innovation, markets and finance. Marcela was highly commended as Leader of the Year by Business Green 2015, for her work and impressive results. Marcela continues to build on her commitment to help corporations addressing imbalances in their value chain and is currently working with a diverse group of customers including a global conservation non for profit organisation and a fortune 500 engines company.
